Golden Designs Sauna Policy Summary

1. Warranty Registration

Register Your Warranty

To activate your manufacturer's warranty, Golden Designs requires customers to register their product within 60 days of purchase.

Registration Requirements

  • Register using the QR code included with the product or through the manufacturer's online registration portal. 
  • Include a copy of your sales receipt or packing slip.
  • The sauna's serial number (S/N) can be found:
    • On the front panel
    • On the rear panel
    • On the shipping carton


2. Warranty & Liability

Manufacturer Warranty

Warranty coverage is provided directly by Golden Designs, Inc.

Liability Disclaimer

Golden Designs is not responsible for:

  • Damage resulting from misuse or improper operation.
  • Injury caused by misuse of the product.
  • Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Customers should consult their physician before using the sauna if they have medical concerns.


3. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • After an order has entered processing or shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

4. Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility

Returns must:

  • Be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Be approved before shipping.
  • Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  • Be unused and uninstalled.
  • Include all original packaging and accessories.

Returns without an approved RMA may be refused.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued only after:

  1. The returned product has been received.
  2. The product has been inspected.
  3. The manufacturer confirms the product is free of damage and meets return requirements.

Eligible refunds are generally processed within 5 business days after inspection.


5. Return Shipping & Restocking

Unless otherwise approved by Golden Designs, customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning a product.

These may include:

  • Return shipping charges
  • Original outbound shipping charges
  • Freight routing or storage fees
  • Handling costs
  • 25% restocking fee (applies to each sauna)
  • Any additional manufacturer-approved return expenses

Failure to obtain an RMA may result in refusal of the shipment and additional shipping costs.


6. Delivery & Installation

While this policy does not provide detailed installation procedures, customers should note:

  • Products are shipped directly from the manufacturer or authorized warehouse.
  • Large sauna models may be delivered by freight carrier.
  • Customers should inspect the shipment upon delivery before accepting it whenever possible.
  • Any visible shipping damage should be documented immediately and reported promptly.

7. Shipping

Customers are generally responsible for shipping-related costs associated with returns unless otherwise approved by Golden Designs.

Shipping timelines may vary depending on:

  • Product availability
  • Warehouse location
  • Freight scheduling
  • Delivery destination

8. Important Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Registering their warranty within 60 days.
  • Retaining proof of purchase.
  • Obtaining an RMA before returning any product.
  • Returning products in new, unused condition.
  • Paying applicable return shipping and restocking fees.
  • Inspecting shipments upon delivery.
  • Following all operating and safety instructions.
