Non-Returnable Items

• Used or installed products
• Customized, made-to-order, or special-order items
• Clearance or final sale products
• Products returned without original packaging or missing components
• Opened or used hygiene-sensitive products
• Any items designated by the manufacturer as non-returnable

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, shipping damage, or a verified manufacturer defect, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, and return shipping costs are typically non-refundable unless otherwise required by the applicable manufacturer or law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Notify WellNest Home within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage.
• Keep all original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Prompt reporting allows us to work quickly with the manufacturer and shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once your approved return has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method in accordance with the applicable manufacturer's return policy.

Warranty Protection

Delivery Information

Freight Deliveries

For freight shipments, customers should carefully inspect the shipment before signing whenever possible.

If visible damage is present:

• Note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing.
• Take photos of the packaging and product.

If concealed damage is discovered after delivery, please report it within the timeframe required by the manufacturer or freight carrier so we can assist with the claims process.

White-Glove Delivery

White-glove delivery and installation are available only on select products.

Order Cancellations

Your Golden Designs® sauna is backed by the manufacturer's limited warranty.

To activate and help protect your warranty coverage, we recommend registering your product with Golden Designs within 60 days of purchase.

Before You Register

Please have the following information available:

Your WellNest Home order confirmation or sales receipt
Your product's serial number (S/N), located on the front panel, rear panel, or the original shipping carton
Register Your Warranty

Complete your warranty registration directly with Golden Designs using their online registration portal or the QR code included with your product documentation.

Please note that warranty registration and coverage are administered by the manufacturer. Warranty terms, duration, and claim procedures are determined by Golden Designs.

If you need assistance locating your order information, finding your serial number, or submitting a warranty claim, the WellNest Home support team is happy to assist you throughout the process.

At WellNest Home, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. As an authorized retailer of Golden Designs® products, we work directly with the manufacturer to ensure a smooth return process whenever possible.

Return Eligibility

Golden Designs sauna returns are accepted under the following conditions:

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase before processing begins.
Products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and components.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained through WellNest Home before any return is shipped.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused by the manufacturer.
Return Shipping & Restocking

Unless the return is due to shipping damage, our error, or a verified manufacturer defect:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returned Golden Designs saunas are subject to the manufacturer's 20% restocking fee.
Any applicable freight, handling, storage, or routing charges required by the manufacturer may also apply.
Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected by the manufacturer, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds are generally issued within 5 business days after the manufacturer confirms the return meets all eligibility requirements. Original shipping charges and non-refundable manufacturer fees may be deducted where applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Notify WellNest Home as soon as possible after delivery.
Take photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Retain all packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

We'll coordinate directly with Golden Designs and the freight carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
