At WellNest Home, we're committed to providing a seamless shopping experience and premium customer service. We want you to feel confident with every purchase, and we're here to help before, during, and after delivery.

Please Note: WellNest Home partners with multiple trusted wellness brands and manufacturers. When applicable, those product-specific policies will be listed on the individual product page and will take precedence over the general policies below.

Care & Maintenance

Proper care helps maximize the performance, longevity, safety, and appearance of your wellness products.

General Care

• Follow all manufacturer instructions included with your purchase.
• Clean products regularly using non-abrasive cloths and manufacturer-approved cleaning products.
• Avoid harsh chemicals unless specifically recommended by the manufacturer.
• Keep products clean and dry when not in use.

Routine Maintenance

Depending on the product, recommended maintenance may include:

• Inspecting electrical components and power cords
• Cleaning filters or ventilation areas
• Tightening hardware and fasteners as needed
• Replacing consumable parts according to manufacturer recommendations
• Maintaining proper water quality for applicable products

Storage

When products are not in use:

• Store in a clean, dry location.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, excessive humidity, or freezing temperatures unless the product is specifically designed for outdoor use.
• Protect products from dust and moisture during long-term storage.

Safety

Always operate products according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Improper installation, modification, misuse, or failure to perform recommended maintenance may reduce product performance and could void the manufacturer's warranty.
