Freight Deliveries

Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• Return requests must be submitted within the timeframe specified by the product's manufacturer.
• Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition unless otherwise authorized.
• All original packaging, manuals, accessories, hardware, and included components must be returned.
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before any item is returned.
• Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Clearance or final sale products

Return Shipping
